Andy is an optimistic, level-headed, kind, funny, athletic, and handsome man. He has never treated me like less than a princess, and we have the absolute BEST time together. When I am with him, time flies by. It seems like we can’t ever get enough time together … a good thing, since we’ll have the rest of our lives to enjoy each others’ presence!

Andy also grew up in Marshalltown, IA, but we never knew each other in school since he graduated from high school in 2000, and I in 2004. He spent his first two years of college at Marshalltown Community College playing golf on scholarship and earning his Associate’s Degree. Then, after spending a few semesters attending Iowa State University, he transferred to Buena Vista University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.

Currently, Andy is an Internal Wholesaler at the Principal Financial Group. He’s wonderful at his job; his personality helps him gain meaningful relationships with his clients. I am so proud of Andy and of all his accomplishments! I can’t wait to see what happens in the years to come!

Andy is a huge Beatles fan, a fantastic drummer, an aspiring acoustic guitarist, a great hockey player, an enviable golfer … but most of all, he has the best sense of humor and a heart of gold. I am a lucky girl!
